(Davis Park, Chili, Chestnut Ridge Road Entrance) June 28 - July 2, 2021 Boys & Girls Ages 7-10: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Ages 11-15: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm Camp coaches are qualified coaches with national team, professional, and college playing experience. Opportunities for both Recreation and Travel level players to excel. Players will be grouped by skill level. Due to current restrictions the Camp format this year is going to be different from the previous years.
The numbers will be minimized to no more than 10 campers per group and instead of 3 hours a day, duration of camp will be 2-hour daily Monday to Friday.
There will be 2 coaches per camp group, these coaches stay with the same camp group for the whole week. Players contact will be minimized by using more individual technical/skill drills in a station format. These stations will be set up before kids arrives so there will be an effective transition to the beginning and end of camp.
Sanitizing Station:
Each field will be equipped with a sanitizing station. This station will provide campers with the necessary sanitizing needs. There will be a capable individual set up at these stations to sanitize balls, hands, at the beginning, Midway and at the end of camp each day. Sanitizing will be done per group to limit camper interactions.

- All registrations will be done online; no registration will be accepted at camp.
- All groups (4-6 campers) will be formed in advanced of the 1st day of camp. Parent will be given a field location/number and time for drop off and pick up.
Camp drop off and pick up:
- Coaches are going to assist with Pick-up and drop-off of campers.
- Campers drop off and pick up would be during the 10-minute period before and after camp.
Camp Director Responsibility:
- Create and distribute camp protocols to coaches, campers, parents and guardians.
- Have an effective communication plan in place.
- Provide adequate field space for social distancing.
- Provide Sanitizing and waste receptacles at fields for individual participant use.
- Create a safe and fun environment for camper to excel.
- Train and educate all staff on protocols and requirements, including state and local regulations, CDC recommendations and necessary safety information.
Coaches responsibility:
- Focus on Drop off and Pick up of all 4-6 campers in his or her group.
- Ensure the health and safety of the Participants.
- Follow all state and local health protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure all athletes have their own individual equipment (ball, water, bag etc.)
- Ensure coaches is the only person to handle equipment (e.g. cones, disk etc.); do not enlist parental or attendee assistance.
- Coaches should maintain social distance requirements from players based on state and local health requirements.
- Have fun, stay positive – players and parents are looking to you for leadership.
- The use of scrimmage vest, or pinnies, is not recommended at this time.
Player responsibility:
- Wash hands thoroughly before and after training.
- Wear mask before and immediately after all training.
- Do not touch or share anyone else’s equipment, water, food or bags.
- No group celebrations, handshakes, hugging, fist – bumps etc.
- Follow all CDC guidelines as well those of your local health authorities.
Parent responsibility:
- Make sure your child is healthy before sending him or her off to camp.
- Consider not carpooling or very limited carpooling.
- Stay in car or adhere to social distancing requirements, based on states and local health requirements.
- Ensure child’s clothing is washed after every training. After each camp day.
- Notify your Camp Coach or Camp Director immediately if your child becomes ill for any reason.
